Philip Lowe hosted a dinner just after the May interest rate rise that caused others in the community to struggle even more so than before; as they felt so assured that there would be very interest rate rises until at least 2024 and since then we have had 12 interest rate rises. Is this what you meant by very little movement on interest rates?

The problem we have here is created by bad decisions over several decades starting right back with the Lima Convention of 1975 by the then Labor Government and unfortunately not undone by any government since; for detials of the Lima Convention agreement that Australia signed up to go to the link below.

To unwind this will not be easy but it must be done and the C4C are front and centre to push to see this scourge removed from our nation so that we again will experience economic freedom we once owned.
