Preferred meeting times:

It is important that the best time for meeting be chosen by the members within the the constraints of the availablity of the leadership group.

With this in mind we would like members to indicate the days for a meeting for which you are mostly available.
Not everyone can be available all the time so a decision may be made to become flexible so as to get as many people as possible to be involved in as many meetings as possible.
