Interesting information on the virgin birth!

This question was asked on social media:

Did Jesus fulfill all the requirements of being the Messiah? I ask because Jews do not believe that Jesus fulfilled all the requirements of being the Messiah?

I researched it and here is my response for you to consider for yourself:

Firstly many Jewish people believe Jesus is the promised mesiah. Secondly every Jewish person who believes in the creation story that the universe was created out of nothing should have no difficulty in believing that the god who created everything could not create a process to have a child born of a virgin. On this point alone the medical term for a Virgin birth is parthenogenesis – this refers to a natural form of asexual reproduction of an embryo from an unfertilized egg without the need for fertilization This can happen in animals and plants. Whi le this is observable rare it is plausible and as the Creator of the Universe is invoked as the responsible origin of the “pregnancy” this ought to be overlookable as is the creation story and the plagues in Egypt story. On the genealogy side both Joseph and Mary are traced back to King David so hence your response, while you may take some pride in it, is not without a contrary argument in both historical records and scientific verifiable fact.

A new word to learn:

Parthenogenesis – a virgin birth – that is a birth via an unfertilized egg. This is a medical term.
