Domestic violence Policy development

Violence is rampant in all parts of our community so to deal with one aspect all must be deal with or none will see any positive results:

We must first commence with a zero tolerance to any violence in the community.

What is zero tolerance? All violent actions must see a removal from society so as corrective training mist be undertaken. The whole Department of corrective services must do its function and train corrective behavior!  Release from corrective behavior must be conditional on reformed behavior.

Early training in the schools must be with a adoption of an external moral code of non-violent behavior This training will commence in Kindergarten and continue through the whole time at school.

Restraining Orders are pointless unless a breach of an order has an immediate removal from society until a judge considers that the person is now safe to re-enter the community.

Military training will no longer enhance the sex drive to enhance the foundation of the attack mode due to the close connection between a service personnel and disagreements with their romantic interests and domestic violence attacks. New Strategies must be established in training programs not connected to the sex drive. All service personnel on separation from their service must undergo training to enhance a nonviolent characteristic with the former service personnel
