The United Kingdom courts have made the statement that people born as men claiming to be women as a trans-gender claim are not legally women! This is a welcomed decision and we in Australia await a similar ruling as soon as possible. Women in Australia need protection of their unique rights of being women in all areas of life. We do not want the appalling decisions of disqualifying a woman from a sport because she will not compete against essentially a male claiming to be trans-gender and therefore claiming to be a woman. In physical contact sports this is highly dangerous to a naturally born woman and she needs strong legal protection. Praise God that the United Kingdom has rediscovered the age old truth concerning gender.
